International business camp MINIBOSS & BIGBOSS is located in one of the unique nature reserves with a rare combination of forest, river, sand dunes and the sea (Kamchia). Kamchia beach is one of the most picturesque on the Bulgarian coast. To ensure the safety of children, there are rescue towers and a medical center.

Championship consists of many events: BigBoss Global Business Forum for Global Business Council members, Great Speakers Forum for Children – TEDx KIDS and Great Speakers Forum for Youth – TEDx YOUTH, Parade of Countries, the competition of young startupers, The Award ceremony and the Gala dinner (dress code: black tie).

INFRASTRUCTURE:
Recreation complex Kamchia is located in one of the most beautiful places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, it is only 25 km futher south of the sea capital of Bulgaria - the city of Varna, in a unique natural environment on the Black Sea and the left bank of the Kamchiya River, directly at the unique nature reserve protected by UNESCO, among long-term forests, on the very sea coast.
ACCOMMODATION
Children are accommodated in standard rooms for 3-4 people in the room. In all standard rooms: there are TV, refrigerator, telephone, balcony (table and chairs on the balcony), own bathroom (with hairdryer). Round-the-clock hot and cold water.
MEAL
There are 4 meals a day in the "buffet" system with included drinks during the meals (juices, tea, water) in the main restaurant of the hotel: breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Every day the menu contains fresh fruits and vegetables.

10.00 - 10.15 - instruction, ceremony of raising the flag of "MiniBoss";
10.15 - 11.00 – game-lesson number 1 (new knowledge, their refinement, consolidation);
11.00 - 11.45 – game-lesson number 2 (the introduction of knowledge into practice);
11.45 - 12.30 – game-lesson number 3 (team building, sport games);
12.30 - 13.00 - rest, shower;
13.00 - 13.45 - dinner;

RESULTS
Depending on the camp chosen, each participant will master at least 5 types of useful activity
(sports, creativity, intellectual and communicative games, foreign languages, team competitions),
and the final thematic event (show concert, exhibition, competition, championship) will also be held.
